A dangerous new drug called Matahari has hit the streets of 1970s Kuala Lumpur, leading to a mysterious series of kidnappings and murders. Policewoman Vash must trace the drug's source and shut it down, all the while battling a misogynistic police force and confronting the shadows of her dead police father's secret past.
